Replaced a one-hour sales demo with a product that onboards itself. Designed the freemium launch for a 35,000-business field service platform — 149 signups, 30% paid conversion, +23% MRR.

LandscapeFX — Field Research
End-to-end field research with lawn care operators to understand how crews actually work in the field. Translated findings into multiple design responses across scheduling, dispatch, and mobile.

Oppos — Policy Management
Designed the policy management platform for a cybersecurity compliance tool built for SMBs navigating audits without dedicated compliance teams.
Project 04
Huawei Cloud — Mobile Console
Identified 6 systemic gaps between how cloud consoles are built and how DevOps engineers actually work — informing the design direction for Huawei Cloud's global mobile app.
